Regional Planning Partners (RPP) analyzed examples of towns, neighborhoods and main streets to inform development of a Form-Based Code. RPP completed a comprehensive analysis of Mountain town patterns that were used to inform the development of the railyard master plan.

RPP lectured and led UC Berkeley Masters of Urban Design Program students to complete a comprehensive documentation and analysis of the Town of Truckee: Analysis included: Figure Ground Drawings, Topographical Analysis, Block Pattern Analysis, Building Massing, and Character Studies. This documentation and analysis informed the public workshops, master planning, and the development of the Form-Based Code.
